When a mail recipient does not receive the attached PDF sended from Venice, you should change your Workstation configuration (Settings, Workstation) to E-mail: outlook (only venice version > 9.30)
If the version is below 9.30, please add a registry key to this path HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\C-Logic\Venice\Globals\Config
Make a String Value with name ‘Mail’ . The value should be ‘Outlook‘.
